Who are you looking for?
Anyone junior high age and above interested in volunteering with the production team at first is welcome. We need people to help us with running a camera, worship lyrics, lighting and other creative areas.

What is production?
Production involves the use of all technology and staging used in our venues at first.

Why do you need people involved in production at first?
The short answer is new construction. Our church is in the redevelopment process of our entire campus. As new facilities are finished, we need help making sure the programs in those facilities happen from a technology standpoint.

Why are you looking for digital artists?
Artists generally understand many of the principles involved with visual production. We also want to utilize the artistic talents they may have.

Can I signup if I have no knowledge of video and I’m not an artist?
Yes. However, because of the complexity of the equipment we use and the time commitment involved in learning, production may not be the best fit for your volunteer time. If you are committed to putting in the time we are committed to train!
